The Backup Center can only be used by an Administrator or Super Administrator account.
Database Backup / Export
Downloads one JSON file containing all shared office data (Users, Bill Register, Daily Case Management, Gallery photo records, Team Chat). Documents/photos themselves stay on Cloudinary — this file has their links, not the actual files.
🛡 Automatic protection by Google (in addition to this page)
Every Sunday the whole database is saved automatically and each copy is kept for 98 days.
Point-in-time recovery: the database can be viewed or recovered as it was at any minute in the last 7 days (for example after a wrong bulk edit).
These need the billing account to stay active. They are used by the administrator from the Firebase Console — you do not need to do anything here. This page's file backup remains your own copy.
Restore from Backup File
Only use this if you know exactly what you are doing. Restoring replaces shared online data for everyone with the contents of the file you choose.
- Choose a previously downloaded backup (.json) file below.
- The system checks the file is a genuine backup file, and refuses it with a clear message if not.
- Before restoring, the system automatically takes a fresh "safety" backup of the current data first, in case the wrong file was chosen.
- When restore finishes, a confirmation message appears and it is recorded in the backup log.
