اکاؤنٹ کی درخواستیں / Account requests
منظور کرنے سے پہلے کردار چنیں۔ منظوری پر اکاؤنٹ بنتا ہے اور شخص کو پاس ورڈ بنانے کا لنک ای میل ہوتا ہے۔ Pick a role, then approve: the account is created and the person gets an email to set a password.
آن ہو تو ہر بار لاگ اِن کے بعد سپر ایڈمن کی ای میل پر 6 ہندسوں کا کوڈ آئے گا اور اسے لکھے بغیر کوئی ڈیٹا نہیں کھلے گا۔ یہ سوئچ صرف سپر ایڈمن بدل سکتا ہے۔ دوسرے یوزرز کو کبھی کوڈ نہیں پوچھا جاتا۔ When ON, every Super Admin sign-in needs a 6-digit code e-mailed to the Super Admin; no data opens without it. Only the Super Admin can change this switch. Other users are never asked for a code.
کوڈ کتنی دیر کے لیے بند کرنا ہے؟ وقت پورا ہوتے ہی یہ خود بخود دوبارہ آن ہو جائے گا، چاہے آپ بھول جائیں۔ For how long should the code be OFF? When the time is up it turns itself back ON, even if you forget.
Create a new account
Only the Super Admin can do this. The person receives an email to set their own password. You never see or type their password.
پاس ورڈ کم از کم 8 حروف، جس میں حرف اور ہندسہ دونوں ہوں۔ خالی چھوڑیں تو شخص کو ای میل سے پاس ورڈ بنانے کا لنک جائے گا۔ At least 8 characters with a letter and a number. Leave both empty to email the person a link to set their own password.
A Data Entry user is tied to one officer: they can add, edit and delete only that officer's data and can only view everyone else's. Choose the officer in the Officer column. A Data Entry user with no officer can only view. Admin / Super Admin are not restricted.
